Woods Communications Wiring,LLC held a 20+ year contract with Beaufort County to maintain, install, and repair voice and data. That contract led to the installation and maintenance of other types of equipment, including Traffic Management cameras along the highway for Emergency Management purposes during hurricanes and other major traffic events. Other projects included Beaufort Library, Lobeco Branch Library, Bluffton Branch Library, Hilton Head Island Branch Library, St. Helena Island Branch Library, Department of Special Needs, Beaufort Industrial Village (several phases), Myrtle Park, Burton Wells Recreation Center, Mosquito Control Hangar, Courthouse Renovations, and all Emergency Management Traffic Cameras in Beaufort, Bluffton and Hilton Head Island. The work is no longer contracted, but we continue to work on projects for Beaufort County.
Woods Communications Wiring,LLC held the contract with the Marine Corps Recruit Depot-Parris Island to service and maintain their high-tech security camera system consisting of 13 traffic management cameras.


Woods Communications Wiring,LLC has also sub-contracted with Hubbard Telephone Contractors (later MICA Telephone Contractors) working for CenturyLink's (then Sprint's) commercial department in the Beaufort, SC area. We gained experience maintaining and installing Toshiba, Norstar, Comdial, and NEC systems. And we also sub-contracted with Communication Services of Ohio installing cable in the Naval Hospitals in Beaufort, SC, Pensacola, FL, and Puerto Rico.
